Steak Caesar Salad

Caesar salads have been one of our go to dinners for years. It wasn’t until recently that I started making my own dressing. Let me tell you! Boy, was I missing out! This is a super simple & quick dinner that is always sure to please!

Steak Caesar Salad
Print Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 Romaine lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • cup ½black olives
  • 1 cup Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • Caesar Dressing
  • cup ½sunflower seeds or pine nuts
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • cup ¼grated Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
  • 1 tin of anchovies
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • cup Optional- add ½of water if you would like your dressing to be thinner

Servings:
Instructions
  1. Prepare Caesar Dressing- add all ingredients to Vitamix or food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until dinner is ready
  2. Make salads directly onto each each salad plate.
  3. Prepare Forking Epic Steak
  4. After steak has rested for 5 minutes, slice into 1 inch strips against the grain
  5. Place steak on top of salads
  6. Top with prepared Caesar Dressing
